The New City office complex located at 15 Marynarska Street in Warsaw has gained a new tenant, Fabryka Okularów. Hines Polska, the building manager for Hines Global REIT, has also announced lease renewal agreements with several existing tenants for approximately 5,000 square meters.
Fabryka Okularów, the owner of optical practices and Doctor Marchewka optical stores across Poland, will occupy over 900 square meters of space, planning to expand it by an additional 213 square meters in 2017. Throughout the negotiations, Fabryka Okularów was represented by the Walter Herz consulting firm.
This November, Fabryka Okularów is opening the Klinika Wzroku eye care clinic, a 300-sqm facility featuring specialist offices provided with state-of-the-art equipment, a vision therapy clinic and an optical store with a dedicated area for children.
In addition, several tenants renewed their lease agreements at New City for a total of 5,000 square metres, including Rainbow Tours S.A. travel agency, Hair & Nail Concept beauty parlour, Valeant Sp. z o.o. Sp. j. and VP Valeant Polska Sp. z o.o., Awbud S.A., as well as Cheil Germany GMBH Sp. z o.o.
“Our tenants are essential to the success of our properties. In line with the philosophy ‘Tenant Comes First’, our task is to address the needs of both the old and new occupants. We are happy that our efforts have been appreciated by tenants who choose New City,” said Przemysław Iznerowicz, managing director, Hines Polska.
