Hines, the international real estate firm and owner of New City building in Warsaw has renewed the lease agreement with Burda International Poland – one of the world's largest media and technology groups. The tenant will occupy more than 4,000 square meters of office space on the top floors of the complex.
At present, advanced modernization and arrangement works are being carried out, aimed at adapting the new office space to the needs of Burda International Poland. The project has put a lot of emphasis on creating modern functional space that will provide the most comfortable conditions for editorial and creative teams. The office space will include a professional photo studio and specially arranged fashion and beauty rooms for styling and the realization of photo session.
“In line with the philosophy ‘Tenant Comes First’, the primary goal of Hines Polska is to provide tenants with the most friendly and comfortable working conditions. The effectiveness of our actions is reflected in the satisfaction of firms like Burda International Poland, which after five years of leasing the office space in New City, decides to continue the cooperation,” said Julia Racewicz, asset manager, Hines Poland.
The new tenant's office will be located on three floors of the building (the entire floors nine and 10 and half of the eighth floor).
Multimedia reception will be located on the top floor of the office with connection to a large Burda Café – dedicated to business meetings and guests of the company. The arrangement of this part of the office will include creation of a two-level relaxation zone with comfortable sofas and long wooden tables that will facilitate the integration of employees. The open spaces were complemented by a variety of informal meeting places that will be separated by a high back couches. In addition, designated places will also feature silenced telephone booths. Resting areas as well as individual work places were also taken into account. There will also be plenty of flexible space for organizing training and thematic events for clients and readers. The interior design will be complemented by natural elements of greenery and a view of the panorama of Warsaw.
